Overages are billed at $2.35/lb for drop-off plans and $2.95/lb for delivery plans. We'll weigh each bag at drop-off and notify you of any overage charges.
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of the month.
No long-term contracts. Membership plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time before your next billing cycle.
Unused bags do not roll over to the next month. We encourage you to choose the plan that best fits your regular laundry volume.
